AMC 10,000th Episode

Wednesday, October 16, 2008 was the taping of the 10,000th episode of "All My Children." The 10,000th episode of ABC Daytime's "All My Children," will air on Wednesday, November 12th (1:00 -2:00 p.m.,ET) on the ABC Television Network. The special episode will feature show creator, Agnes Nixon and Susan Lucci, who is also celebrating 10,000 episodes playing the legendary Erica Kane. Ms. Lucci is currently starring on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" while continuing her storyline on "All My Children." This special episode features the character Aggie, a ghost (played by Agnes Nixon.) Aggie was an original settler of the town of Pine Valley and has come to the residents in their time of need after the recent devastation caused by a deadly tornado. Aggie, carries a book that she wrote, entitled "All My Children." Julie Hanan Carruthers is executive producer. -- ABC
