Ambyr Childers (ex-Colby) Is A New Mom!

Former All My Children star Ambyr Childers (ex-Colby) recently gave birth according to reports by ABC Soaps In Depth and her former co-star Leven Rambin (ex-Lily). On Monday, February 1, the actress tweeted "Just met little London Thea Emmett. She is so beautiful."

Childers joined the cast of All My Children in the summer of 2006 as rebellious teenager Colby Chandler, daughter of Adam Chandler (David Canary) and Liza Colby (then Marcy Walker). The role was recast with Brianne Moncrief in May 2008, and again in November 2009 with actress Natalie Hall.

This is the first child for Childers and her husband Randall Emmett, a producer. Soap Opera Source congratulates Ambyr and Randall on the birth of their new baby!

Elizabeth blames someone else...shocker!

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), the nation’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) media advocacy and anti-defamation organization, announced today the nominees for its 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards. The GLAAD Media awards recognizes media for outstanding images of the LGBT community. In the press release, GLAAD highlighted ABC Daytime's One Life to Live among its nominees for awards, though there were three other daytime drama nominees.
