HOW TO FIX "ALL MY CHILDREN"
First of all they need to get rid of the head writer. He doesn't care about the characters history or the characters. He wants to write stories that are twisted and sick and don't make any since all he wants to write is sleazy trash, this is not a nighttime soap or show.
There needs to be more romance and love not all these love triangles, lies and deceit. They have the first African American super couple on AMC back, show them some respect and write a decent storyline for them about their relationship, family, and struggles in their careers or a life threatening illness.
All the veteran actors should be front and center with storylines and they should not be sacrificed for the newbie's to push a storyline through. The show also needs some balance. Why do they have to show Ryan Lavery 4 days out of the week? The show should not revolve around him! He is no superstar and there should not be any favoritism showed for an actor or actress between the writer and producers.

LISTEN UP ABC!
There are millions of us longtime viewers who have decades of life left. *We're* the people the soaps should be trying win over. ABC should drop its fantasies of attracting *new* viewers, because that's just not going to happen, at least not to any significant extent. It's a new age. Teens aren't at home in the afternoon getting hooked on soaps with their stay-at-home moms like us old-timers did 20, 30, and even 40 years ago. Nor are young adults getting hooked on soaps in college lounges and dorms as they did back in the day.
Take a lesson from The Young and the Restless. I recently re-tuned into the show for the first time in about ten years. And guess what? I actually knew who all the characters were. That's right -- all of my old favorites were still front and center. I got re-hooked instantly. *That's* the way to keep a soap going. Quit with all the new characters, and stick with the old and familiar because that's what we're invested in. Keep us longtime viewers happy, and ABC soaps will be around at least another 20-30 years. Bore us, and the soaps don't stand a chance because there's no replacing us.

UNHAPPY "ONE LIFE" FAN
Why oh why can't Jar-head just go ahead & fall off the face of the earth??? Just for how long will the writers of what used to be my favorite soap keep thinking that they can get us, the viewers to buy into contrived plots, history that isn't history and do nothing that will make long-time viewers (I've watched since the first airing in 1968). Please make one viewer happy and put John & Natalie back together!
I am DElighted that Susan Haskell's Marty is back, love her! But get someone else for her, not John. Eventually when John marries for real, he will want children, she can't do this. Nat is young enough and John has already fantasized about the kids that the two of them would have. They balance each other out perfectly. Go ahead, make my day!

"DAYS" HAS THE RIGHT IDEA
I want to commend Days of Our Lives for their wonderful use of cast integration, specifically with Suzanne Rogers and the younger actors. Involving her with the younger set gives her a purpose and fleshes out some of the characters (like Melanie).
It's nice to see a long time veteran like Suzanne Rogers being written for as an important part of a storyline rather than just wallpaper like so many other soaps do with their more mature actors. Go Days for still utilizing those of your cast who are over the age of 60!

I heard that both Crystal Chappell and Wally Kurth are returning to DAYS! Woohoo! I stopped watching DAYS back in 2008 when after Hogan Sheffer was fired, but with the news of Carly Manning and Justin Kiriakis coming home, I'll be turning it back on! I'm looking forward to seeing what the writers have in store for these two characters!

Robin & Patrick are HOT! And funny. And cool. Kimberly McCullough and Jason Thompson are something else. I am over the moon for the great Robin & Patrick entertainment on GH. Only thing though, the Robin & Patrick's investigating in the shower interaction (a few weeks ago) was too short! More Scrubs!

LULU & ETHAN - A TRUE LOVE STORY
As a Lulu Spencer (General Hospital) fan, I do believe Ethan Lovett is her soul mate. I have always loved Lulu, however, I haven't always enjoyed watching her due to story lines. I have seen her come back to her regular self lately and even more-so when she is around the hot Aussie. Lulu & Ethan have a romantic spark that is incredibly exciting. I loved the scenes in March & April when they were trying each other out. I believe both characters truly intrigue each other and they actually bring out the best in one another. Ethan knows Lulu is capable of things most girls he comes across are not. He couldn't keep away from her the first few weeks.
I loved watching him beg her to go on a date with him. And the scene at the motel where Lulu freaks out and leaves is amazingly hot. I hope the General Hospital team is giving them this love story because it would be epic. The whole idea of them actually being siblings is sickening. It's not right. Lulu & Ethan share a romantic chemistry that is beyond words. They could go so far with this couple. Ethan Lovett falling for the daughter of a con artist. It's so rich, beautiful, exciting... I want to see Lulu/Ethan be the next big love story.

I have been a fan of Rick Hearst for a long time and I am thrilled he decided to take the contract from B&B instead of waiting around for GH to decide to use him. I have high hopes for B&B to utilize Rick to his full potential as he should be. GH's loss is B&B's gain! Congrats to Rick for returning to B&B as Whip - I will be tuning in to watch!
